When planning a visit to The Hacienda Hotel of New Port Richey, overnight guests and visitors should be aware of the hotel’s standard policies regarding reservation procedures, the accommodations and general safety reminders.

Room Reservations

A one night deposit is required on all reservations

Packages are paid in full at the time the reservation is made

Room rates are based on double occupancy.

Additional guests are $15.00 each

Children 17 and under are no charge with parents

Taxes and surcharges are 13.5% on all rates

Room Cancellations

48 hour cancellation policy on general reservations

72 hour cancellation policy on packages

10 day cancellation policy on all festivals, events and holidays

If cancellation is made prior to the policy the one night deposit is refunded in full

If cancellation is within the policy the one night deposit is forfeited

Reservation dates may be changed without loss of deposit

No show reservations not eligible for refunds

Pet Policy

Dogs under 25lbs are permitted

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 plus tax per visit per pet, limit of 2 pets

Room damages from pet will result in the estimated cost of repair or replacement

No cats or exotic pets

Originally constructed in 1927, The Hacienda is a registered historic property in New Port Richey. Reflective of its historical significance, the architectural features include steps both inside and outside the hotel and not all doorways and walkways are wheelchair accessible. The Hacienda does feature an elevator to assist guests with mobility issues.
