Happy New Year!

Now that the Christmas decorations are all safely stored away, it is time to turn our attention to what we expect to be a busy and fun winter season here for both The Hacienda and the historic downtown of New Port Richey. Every week there is something new to experience and enjoy. The Main Street Association has a number of events planned in the upcoming weeks, as does the New Port Richey History Museum and the Art Guild. The great team at the Richey Suncoast Theatre has a full calendar of comedy shows, music performances, classic movies and later this month we’ll be treated to the acclaimed musical, Into The Woods. It is also an exciting year for the theater, as they are celebrating their 100th birthday, making it one of the oldest theaters in the State of Florida.

I hope you will find time to return for a visit in the weeks and months ahead. I promise there will be plenty to do and you’ll be welcomed back by the warm and friendly team led by manager Rafe Banks.
