Conveniently situated off of US 19, near I-75, the property is located at 5621 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34652, within walking distance of everything Historic Downtown New Port Richey has to offer, including the Pithlachascotee “Cotee” River. The Hacienda is a short drive from Tarpon Springs, Weeki Wachee State Park, Historic Downtown Dunedin and 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Downtown attractions include local food, wine, ghost, kayak, boat, and carriage tours. Golf cart, bicycle and scooter rentals are available nearby to enjoy the downtown area. The historic Richey Suncoast Theatre, built in 1925, hosts a variety of traveling performers, local theater, comedians, and musicians. Historic New Port Richey also hosts a variety of live events in Sims Park throughout the year including outdoor movies at the amphitheater, festivals and the famous, Chasco Fiesta.

Located on Florida’s Sports Coast, New Port Richey is right off the Gulf Coast and close to the secluded Anclote State Park. New Port Richey is also known for its annual Scallop Season which brings in thousands of visitors every July.
